THE IMPORTANCE OF A GREAT HEADSHOT

FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING. Much of business today is conducted via the internet.  Websites, Facebook, LinkedIn and blogs, are now tools of the trade, regardless of your career field.  This is the arena where you are making your first impression to potential clients.  It is vital to present a professional appearance here because people are so quick to click away from a website that does not appeal to them. As a professional you do not want to use some old picture that you cut out down to size, you want peers to view you and your business as decisive, important and indispensable; you want them to want you.

CREATE AN IMAGE THAT REPRESENTS YOUR BRAND. A modern, sophisticated, attention grabbing take on a headshot. A professional headshot will help you build your brand identity on social media pages, as well as in traditional media.

THE PROFESSIONAL LOOK. Whatever your occupation, a great photograph shows you mean business. Whether you are a sportsperson, a business person, a landscape designer or an architect – the right image projects the qualities you want to project.

Parent Workshop at Zoot Shoot with Sally Stewart

How to get your child into show business, legitimately.

This was the topic of our first workshop at the studio.  I am happy to report that it was a success.  The feedback that we have received from parents has been nothing but positive.

Here is one of the emails we received after the workshop.  I don't know how to thank you enough for inviting me! She was WONDERFUL! I learned so much from her...and what a stunningly beautiful woman. I feel like we have a real road map now and a true direction. If you do get a kid workshop together, please put me on the list!

What was really exciting was that Fios 1 News picked up the story and asked if they can attend and videotape the event.  Here are a couple of pics we shot while getting ready.  I believe the whole piece will be airing this Monday night.  Push Pause is the show.  I will keep you posted.

Should I seek out a manger or an agent?  Is my child cut out for this?

The workshop will be held on Sunday March 2nd from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Zoot Shoot.  Pre-registration for the workshop is required by February 28th. Call 631.462.5355 to reserve your seat. The fee for this workshop is $25.00. Light refreshments will be served.
